Grading Policy

Each student will earn a minimum of 9 grades per quarter.  Grades will be a combination of assessments used.  

Including:

  • Teacher observation

  • Quizzes

  • Critique sheets

  • Rubrics

  • Sketchbooks

  • Portfolios

  • Performance Assessments

  • Self-Assessments

Conduct Policy


Awesome Artists...


-  Follow Directions
-  Raise their Hand
-  Respect their Teacher, Classmates,  

    Artwork, and Supplies.
-  Stay Seated 
-  Work Quietly
-  Help Clean Up

Consequences:


1.  Non-verbal warning 
2.  Verbal warning
3.  Time out and seat change
4.  Note home
5.  Office referral
